Brochure and Website accuracy

We have taken care to ensure the accuracy at the time of publication of our brochures and continuously with the website, however information and prices may have changed by the time you purchase. There may be small differences between the actual holiday homes and facilities and its description, as we are always looking for ways to make improvements. We will use our best endeavor to notify you of any changes to, or inaccuracies in any information contained in our brochure or on our website as soon as reasonably practicable after we become aware of that change or inaccuracy.

Activities and facilities

We reserves the right to alter or withdraw amenities or facilities or any activities without prior notice where reasonably necessary due to repairs, maintenance, weather conditions and circumstance beyond its control.
 

Swimming Pool: There are no life guards- children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult Lifeguards and pool rules are there for customers safety and must be adhered to. So that all can enjoy the pool please do not bring oversized inflatable toys (like rafts and canoes). If coming from the beach please shower at your chalet prior to visiting the club house and pool.

Activities: Late arrivals, or those who don’t show up without informing us one hour prior to the session may not be admitted but will still be charged. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, if one is not present, the participant will not be allowed to take part in the activity but will still be charged. All activities must be prebooked at least one hour prior to the start time. All activities must be paid for at thetie of booking. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be refunded.

Data Protection Policy

We will not pass any information onto any person not responsible for part of your sale. This applies to any sensitive information that you give us such as details of any disabilities. In making enquiries or purchasing a holiday through us you consent to this information being passed on to the relevant person.
